Interplanetary space travel and human space colonialization demand new methods to establish an effective and sustainable food supply.

Cellular Agriculture (and Cultured Meat in particular) emerges to become a major building block in a space nutrition system.

This blog aims to summarize the activities that are happening in this new industry.

I got in contact with the Cellular Agriculture world during my MBA. During my master’s thesis, I developed strategical options for Cultured Meat for a large pharmaceutical corporate.

Due to my technical background in Aerospace (PhD in Aerospace Engineering), I am particularly interested in the opportunities of Cellular Agriculture related to space travel and settlement.
