The European Space Agency is investigating cultured meat solutions for astronauts in new collaborations.
According to ESA two teams were selected to work in parallel. The first team is composed of the German company yuri and Reutlingen University. The second team is composed of UK companies Kayser Space, Cellular Agriculture and Campden BRI.
